We Believe in The Scriptures

We believe the Bible — all 66 books of the Old and New Testaments — is the inspired, inerrant, and fully authoritative Word of God. Every word was breathed out by God through the Holy Spirit (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21). The Scriptures are the living self-disclosure of the Living God.

"All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work."
2 Timothy 3:16-17

The Word is alive: “The word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword” (Hebrews 4:12). We believe it is Inspired, Inerrant, Sufficient, Authoritative, and Transforming (Romans 12:2). We approach it with reverence — as children receiving a letter from their Father.
